FAA Specified Asphalt Protection For Airports :

Many contractors know that many airport projects requires  sealcoating  systems to meet certain performance criteria, prior to use on the project.

Sealcoating professionals are struggling with mix designs and pre-qualification tests. FAA projects are, in general, considered bothersome with too many requirements and controls. Due to the uncertainties with FAA specifications, rejuvenators have encroached aggressively upon sealcoating projects in recent years.

STAR OIL SPOT SEALER:
Bonds aggressively to oil spots and prepares the surface for seal coating

Advantages of S.O.S. Sealer:

• Dries quickly; in about 20-30 minutes.
• Will stop oil from bleeding into the cured film of the seal coat.
• Will not disbond from the oil spot and will not allow the sealer to peel away from primed areas.
• Is water-based; ease in application, handling and clean-up.
• Is supplied as a CONCENTRATE, thus offering benefits in warehousing, shipping, etc.

STAR ONE STEP:
A specialty coating that solves numerous problems such as priming, stain- blocking, seal coating over fresh asphalt, oil spot sealing, black out paint etc.

Star One Step is a specialty coating that doubles as an effective PRIMER and SEALER for problematic pavement surfaces.

• It bonds tenaciously to surfaces contaminated by oil, grease, fuel, etc, as well as to polished, smooth aggregates in the pavement.
• STAR ONE STEP eliminates the need for extensive surface preparation.
• The oil and grease soaked pavements can be quickly coated with STAR ONE STEP, with minimal scraping and washing.

STAR STA-FLEX:
A rubberized cold pour crack sealant that works great and stays flexible.
